Shipping & Returns
We believe premium craftsmanship deserves a seamless delivery experience. That’s why we offer free shipping on all orders within Belgium, the Netherlands, and Germany. Very soon, we’ll be expanding our shipping services across Europe.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. If you don’t see it right away, please check your spam folder or contact our customer support team.
Delivery times:
- Orders placed before 16:00 CET are dispatched the same day.
- Belgium & Netherlands: Delivered within 2 business days after dispatch.
- Germany: Delivered within 3 business days after dispatch.
Returns & Refunds
At Highlands, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. However, if you wish to return a product, we offer a 14-day return policy. Simply generate your return label using the link on this page. Once your label is created, the item must be shipped within 7 days.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, returned items must:
- Be in their original condition (unused, unmarked, and in the original packaging)
- Include all original labels and packaging
Unfortunately, items that show signs of wear or are missing original labels cannot be accepted for return.
Once we receive your return, we will process your refund. A return shipment fee of €5.95 will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days and will be credited back to your original payment method.
Sustainability Commitment
At Highlands, we are dedicated to conscious craftsmanship and reducing our environmental footprint. To uphold our sustainability promise, we confirm with customers before fulfilling orders containing more than two items.
To further minimize waste, please note that only one return per order is permitted

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

Returns for sale items and damaged items
- Sale items: Returned sale items are eligible for store credit rather than a refund to the original payment method.
- Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please notify us immediately. Our team will arrange a return and offer a full refund or replacement where applicable.
