Highlands Return and Refund Policy
At Highlands, we take pride in crafting premium leather bags designed to accompany you on every journey. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return it under the conditions below.
1. Returns
We want you to love your Highlands bag, but if it’s not quite right, returning it is easy:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags and protective materials intact.
- Returns must include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
- A €5,95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
- For returned sale items, we provide store credit, which can be used for a future Highlands purchase.

2. Refunds
Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll process it as follows:
- A refund minus €5,95 for return shipping will be issued to your original payment method.
- For sale items, a store credit will be issued instead of a refund.
- Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days after receiving the returned item.
If your return fails to meet the required conditions, we reserve the right to deny the refund or provide a partial refund.
3. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, simply return your order for a refund or store credit and place a new order.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Some items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Personalized or monogrammed products.
- Sale items (store credit only, no refunds).
- Items purchased during clearance promotions.
- Products that show signs of wear, damage, or modification.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
We stand behind our craftsmanship. If your bag arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Send clear photos of the issue along with your order number.
- If approved, we’ll offer a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs if applicable.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within 5 to 10 business days, please:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
