1. Free & Fast Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders to Belgium, the Netherlands, and Germany.
- Orders placed before 16:00 CET are shipped the same day (Monday–Friday).
- Orders placed after 16:00 CET or on weekends and public holidays will be shipped the next business day.
- Estimated delivery times:
- Netherlands & Belgium: Within 3 business days
- Germany: Within 5 business days
You will receive a tracking link once your order has been shipped.

We work with trusted national delivery partners to ensure your order is handled carefully and delivered efficiently. The carrier is chosen based on the quickest option for your location.
3. International Shipping
Currently, we ship to Belgium, the Netherlands, and Germany. If you would like to ship to another country, please contact us at info@highlandsleather.com for more details.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery status.
5. Address & Delivery Issues
- Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
- We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
